Our Sprint Models
Every MVP is different but our process isn’t. We use two predefined sprint models to deliver efficiently, and we’ll guide you through the one that best fits your goals and scope.
Two Week Sprint Model
1. Development Kicks Off
After the introductory calls and agreement on the scoping document, development work will commence on Monday. You will have a dedicated development team working on your MVP throughout the entire process.
2. MVP Build
The first iteration of development work takes 5 days, from Monday to Friday. During this phase, we will construct the initial draft of your MVP based on the agreed-upon scoping document.
3. MVP Draft Delivery
The first draft will be delivered on Friday, allowing you to review the build over the weekend. The following Monday, a feedback meeting will take place, during which you can provide feedback to the development team.
4. Product Optimizations
Following the feedback meeting, the MVP will be optimised based on your feedback over the course of 5 days, from Monday to Friday. You will have the same development team working on your amendments, ensuring a consistent journey for your product.
5. MVP Delivery
On Friday, your final MVP will be delivered. Depending on your hosting and maintenance preferences, we will either provide you with the code for your product or launch the MVP ourselves through our hosting service.
Three Week Sprint Model
