Leading Kind had already developed a proven manual approach to debiased selection, helping organisations make more confident, merit-based hiring decisions, expand their talent pools, and reduce the cost and risk associated with traditional recruitment processes.

While the methodology was effective, it was difficult to scale. The team needed a way to automate their approach so they could support more organisations without diluting the quality, rigour, or integrity that made the process valuable in the first place.
